Individual Therapy

A space to slow down, explore what feels challenging or uncertain, and move forward with greater clarity and intention.
Focused Session

30-minute session
A shorter, focused session designed for check-ins, specific concerns, or continued work on an area we’ve already begun exploring.
Couples intake

An initial conversation to understand relationship dynamics and set goals for therapy.
Couples Therapy

55-minute session
A space for partners to better understand one another, work through conflict, and rebuild connection in a way that feels supportive and collaborative.
Couples Unpack Session

An extended session that allows more time to slow down, unpack relationship patterns, and work through complex conversations together.

Therapy Unboxed operates as a cashless, private-pay practice. Clients may also choose to use HSA or FSA funds for therapy.
Payment is collected at the time of service.
Insurance
I am currently credentialing with Blue Cross Blue Shield and plan to offer a limited number of in-network openings for individual therapy once the process is complete.
At this time, all services are private pay.
Couples therapy and other specialized services are typically not covered by insurance and are offered as private pay.
While I am not in network with all plans, superbills and guidance for accessing out-of-network reimbursement are available for eligible clients. Clients are responsible for understanding their individual plan and any associated costs.
Cancellation policy
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee.
Each client is allowed one late cancellation or missed appointment per calendar year without charge.
