Part 1: The Talk, Reframed

    If your teen is currently needing individualized support, therapy may be a better fit.

  • No. Participation is always optional.

    Teens are not required to share personal experiences, and the workshop is structured to focus on general situations rather than individual disclosures.

  • No. This is an educational workshop.

    It does not involve individualized advice, diagnosis, or counseling, and does not establish a therapist-client relationship.

  • That’s completely okay.

    Many parents choose to attend the parent workshop first and decide afterward whether the teen workshop feels like a good fit.

    You’ll have the option to enroll your teen at a later time.

  • Workshops are held in a small group setting at a Birmingham-area office, with a limited number of spots to keep the experience more comfortable and discussion-based.

  • Each session is approximately 75–90 minutes.

  • You’ll receive early access to workshop dates before they are released publicly.
